Collar Sizes

Our collars are rigorously checked for quality and consistency in size. Below is a breakdown of our collar sizes and available widths. We recommend measuring your pet’s neck or comparing with your current collar at a comfortable setting. Then, choose the size where your measurement falls in our size range. For example, if your pet’s neck measures 36 cm, a medium collar would be ideal.

X-small,  24-30 cm available in 16mm width only.

Small, 27-33 cm available in 16mm width only.

Medium, 33-39 cm available in 16 & 25mm widths.

Large, 39-45 cm available in 25mm widths only.

X-large, 45-54 cm available in 25mm width only.

Measuring - Method 1

Using a flat tape measure, wrap it around your pet’s neck near the head (not the chest), ensuring the tape lies flat without twists. Tighten the tape so it fits snugly, but you should still be able to fit two fingers underneath. Mark where the zero end meets the rest of the tape. This is your pet’s collar measurement, which you can then match to our size guide.

Measuring - Method 2

You can use this method if you’re happy with the fit of your current collar. It works for both buckle and clip types. Adjust the collar so you can still fit two fingers underneath. For a buckle collar, note which hole the pin is in, then remove the collar. Lay it flat and measure from the tip of the buckle pin to the hole it was in. This is your collar measurement. For a clip collar, adjust it the same way, remove it, and lay it flat. Measure from where the clips meet when fastened.

Disclaimer

Our collars undergo a thorough process to ensure they match the quoted measurements, so we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing. While they are durable and weather-resistant, they are not indestructible. We recommend regularly checking for damage or excessive wear. It is the owner’s responsibility to decide when the collar is worn out and to stop using it. We are not liable for any harm or damages caused by use or misuse of this product.
